| Special Christmas/New Year Booking, Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: From Dec. 23 to Jan. 6 a minimum of 7 nights with MAP must be booked. For special Christmas and New Years menus, guests can choose to pay an additional charge as applicable. A deposit of 50% of the total sum is due by Sept. 31 - balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $65.00 for cancellations received on or before Oct. 31. There will be no refund on the deposit after this date. |
