    MARRIAGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Couple must be at Hotel Mocking Bird Hill at least 48 hours in advance to obtain marriage license and make necessary arrangements.
  • All documentation must be sent to the Hotel one month before arrival:
  • Identification papers of both partners, either passport or birth certificate
  • Adoption or name change papers
  • If divorced or widowed, the appropriate divorce or death certificate (These documents must be notarized copies with the seal and signature of the Notary Public)
  • Names of both fathers
  • Addresses of both partners
  • Line of employment (not positions), e.g. engineer, doctor, etc.
  • If under 18, a notarized letter of permission from parents or legal guardian
  • Roman Catholic weddings require written consent from hometown priest and may require additional cost and information

    Rates are quoted in US Dollars and include local taxes.
    Rates subject to change without prior notice.
    Cancellation policy: Full forfeiture of wedding fee if cancelled 21 days prior to scheduled wedding date.
