Minimum Requirements:
5 nights minimum stay between Dec.23and Jan.03
In-house wedding:
Guests must check in 48 hrs prior to wedding and stay minimum of 5 nights

Payment:
General:
30% deposit required at time booking.
Balance paid in full 10 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Year Booking:
1st payment: 30% deposit at time of reservation
2nd payment: 30% before Oct.31
Reservations made after end of October: 60% deposit at time of reservation
Final Payment: 40% due November 30.
Reservations made after November 30: full payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
General:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Deposits are fully refundable.
For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date less a
transaction fee of US$ 65.00.
For cancellations received up to:
14 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total room cost will be retained.
7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total room cost will be retained
Within 3 days of arrival date: 70% of the total room cost will be retained
There are no refunds for cancellations received within 2 days of arrival date,
for no shows or early departures.
If your plans are changed a month prior to arrival, you may move your booking
to an alternative date (based on availability) and apply your full deposit to the new date.
Christmas/New Years:
For cancellations made in writing and received up to 30 September the deposit
will be refunded less the processing fee of US$ 65.00. For cancellations made in
writing and received between 01-31 October 30% of the total room cost will be retained.
No refunds are applicable after 31October or for now shows and early departures.

Renewable Energy Surcharge:
An energy surcharge will be applicable for all bookings at Hotel Mocking Bird Hill
This energy surcharge will be invoiced to the guests directly.
This will be US$ 5.00 per room per night.
