Birdshill is a magnificent 1,500 sq. ft. single story house with one bedroom and a private terrace for
dining and relaxing outside. The bedroom features a centrally placed four-poster bed, adjoining walk in
wardrobes and a comfortably spacious bathroom. Doors leading into the balcony from both the sitting room
and bedroom allows for a large living space.
Room amenities include: CD player with CD library, coffee and tea maker, large writing desk, Goose-down bedding,
with heated matress pads (to provide warmth on cool mountain nights), cordless telephoness with anseering machine,
plush bathrobes, umbrella, large lounge towels, hairdryer, refrigerator stocked with wine,beer and sodas and electronic safes and TV/VCR.

Highgate - 2 Bedroom Villa
Highgate is a truly sumptuous 3,000 sq. ft. two story home. It features two bedrooms with bathrooms
en suite. Dining room, sitting room, kitchen, visitor's bathroom and massive balconies that elegantly wrap
around both floors.
The master bedroom has walk-in wardrobes whereas both rooms have doors leading off to the balcony.
Mountain View 2 - ( + Mountain View 1) - 2 or 3 Bedroom Villa
Mountain View 2 is a superb 3,200 sq. ft. double story two bedroom family house with the option to rent
another bedroom, Mountain View 1, to accommodate large families or three or more couples.
The extra bedrooms are located off an adjoining walkway, thus ensuring total privacy for all members
of your group.
There are 5 x 400 sq. ft. deluxe rooms with balconies. The four rooms, Timbuktu 1, 2, 3, 4 boast stunning
views of Kingston while Mountainview 1 perches over the mountains.
Studios - Gong, Bamboo, Cedar and 59 Steps
There are 4 studios perched on our mountaintop - Gong, Bamboo, Cedar and 59 Steps. Housing magnificent
4-poster beds with kitchenettes, bathrooms and balconies within a spacious 480 sq. ft., the studios
are a favorite with our clientele. Each one has an uninterrupted view of the city.
Dining at Strawberry Hill
Strawberry Hill has many different locations to suite the mood for the day. The Library veranda and
Bamboo room for the residents and small parties, the Jade Vine terrace for weddings and entertainment;
the Gold room for conferences and meetings and the poolside and bar veranda for general relaxation.
Additionally for those enjoying our Aveda Spa, we have an intimate buffet and menu within the Spa itself.
Strawberry Hill combines traditional Jamaican dishes and spices with international recipes to create
the "New Jamaican Cuisine".

Strawberry Hill's Georgian style villas reside amidst vast gardens which provides a wondrous setting for
an outside wedding. Strawberry Hill's gardens consist of tropical flowers, plants and vegetation which
make for a lovely background for photographs & video tape weddings and receptions. This property sits
tucked away high in the blue mountains of Jamaica, perched high above the town Kingston.
It has two swimming pools, one of which is a negative edge with a 40 mile view & makes for a lovely
wedding reception on its deck; the other is a plunge pool with sauna - perfect for a sunset swim or a
private setting for two.
Strawberry Hill is proud to provide a full, personal and detailed service for you. They can offer you a
